The Details
The Tesla Powerwall stores 13.5 kWh of energy — enough to power essential circuits for 12-24 hours during an outage. It can also save money by charging during off-peak hours and discharging during peak rates. We install the Powerwall with its Backup Gateway, which acts as a transfer switch to isolate your home from the grid during outages. For solar homes, the Powerwall stores excess solar production for evening use.
