Larger projects of 20+ lights qualify for volume pricing. Every quote is free and includes the layout design.
A good rule of thumb is one 4-inch LED pot light per 15–20 square feet of ceiling. A 12x12 bedroom usually needs 4–6 lights, a kitchen 6–10, and an open-concept living area 10–16. We plan the layout around joists, HVAC, and how you actually use the space.
Yes — as long as IC-rated (insulation contact) fixtures are used. We install IC-rated, airtight LED pot lights that can safely touch insulation and prevent heat loss into the attic. Non-IC fixtures in an insulated ceiling are a fire hazard and a common DIY mistake we correct.
