We install Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora Smart, and other professional-grade smart switches that are reliable and responsive. For whole-home automation, we can pre-wire with Cat6 for control panels and centralized smart home hubs.

Do smart switches work in older homes without a neutral wire?
Many older GTA homes lack neutral wires at the switch box, which most smart switches require. Options include no-neutral switches (Lutron Caseta works without one in most cases) or running a neutral to key locations. We assess your wiring and recommend the cleanest path.
How much does smart home lighting installation cost?
Smart dimmers and switches run $150–$250 each installed, including professional-grade devices like Lutron Caseta or Leviton Decora Smart. A typical main-floor package of 8–12 smart switches with hub setup and app configuration costs $1,500–$2,800.
Which smart home platform should I choose?
For reliability we recommend Lutron Caseta for lighting — it uses its own radio rather than WiFi, so it keeps working when your network hiccups, and it integrates with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit. For whole-home automation we also install Control4 and similar systems.
