Outdoor lighting extends your living space and improves safety. We install both low-voltage (12V transformer-based) and line-voltage outdoor lighting systems. Low-voltage is ideal for pathways and gardens, while line-voltage is better for security floods and permanent fixtures. All outdoor installations use weatherproof boxes, in-use covers, and GFCI-protected circuits as required by code.

How much does landscape lighting installation cost?
Low-voltage landscape lighting packages start around $1,500–$3,000 for a front yard (transformer, 6–10 fixtures, wiring) and scale with property size. Line-voltage security lighting and soffit lighting are quoted per fixture. All outdoor circuits are GFCI-protected and weatherproofed to code.
What's the difference between low-voltage and line-voltage outdoor lighting?
Low-voltage (12V) systems are safer, cheaper to run, and ideal for pathways and gardens. Line-voltage (120V) is better for floodlights, soffit fixtures, and anything needing serious output. Most properties get the best result with a mix — we design both.
Can outdoor lighting run on a timer or smart control?
Yes. We install photocells (dusk-to-dawn), astronomical timers, and smart controls that work with Alexa, Google Home, or your phone. Smart transformers can schedule scenes — pathway lights at dusk, security floods on motion, everything off at midnight.
