The most common cause is an undersized doorbell transformer — older homes often have 10V units while video doorbells need 16–24V AC. We replace the transformer, verify the wiring, and check WiFi strength at the door. It's usually a one-hour fix that ends the dropouts for good.
How much does video doorbell installation cost?
