The Details
The Ontario Building Code requires emergency lighting in all commercial buildings to illuminate exit paths for a minimum of 30 minutes during a power failure. Exit signs must be visible from anywhere in the space. We install battery-backed emergency lights and exit signs, and provide the required monthly (30-second) and annual (30-minute) testing with documentation for fire inspectors.
